Commercial Cooperation/Joint Venture
Operation of purchase from a company to another of a product or a range of products, or alternatively a product or production technology that could lead to a broader engagement in the form of a Joint Venture, including purchase of shareholding.
In this case we normally set up the operation, sorting out the two potential Partners. We then put the two parties in contact and play a similar role to that in the case of an acquisition or merger i.e. we aid in the negotiation by:
- Supplying initial information about each other to the two parties to get the negotiations off the ground;
- Performing analysis and giving negotiation support to the two parties on the basis of our experience.
